At Studio 3150 Boudoir, we believe intimate photography requires the highest level of confidentiality. You maintain complete control over where and how your images are used.
We never publish, license, or share any photographs without your explicit written authorization.
2. Granular Tiered Consent Levels
Tier A: 100% Private
Your images are strictly for you. They will never appear online, on social media, in advertising, or in physical studio displays.
Tier B: Anonymous / Fine Art
You authorize artistic crops (silhouettes, details, no identifying facial features) to be featured in fine art portfolios.
Tier C: Full Feature Release
You proudly celebrate your full session, including facial portraits, across our curated gallery and publication materials.
3. Image Storage, Security & Deletion Rights
Raw camera files are stored on encrypted, access-restricted local drives. Only Carmen Hernández and authorized digital technicians have access.
You retain the right to request the permanent deletion of your archival files at any time following the delivery of your finished artwork.
