STUDIO AGREEMENT

Terms of Experience & Studio Policies

1. Age Verification (Strict 18+ Policy)

Studio 3150 exclusively photographs adults aged 18 and older. Government-issued photo identification is verified prior to all sessions.

2. Booking Retainer & Payment Terms

A non-refundable 40% retainer deposit is required at booking to lock your session date on the calendar. The remaining balance is payable via Cash or Zelle up until the day of the shoot.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Clients may reschedule their session once with at least 7 days' advance written notice without forfeiting their booking deposit.

4. Studio Atmosphere & Guest Policy

To maintain a comfortable and safe environment, clients may bring one adult female guest or supportive companion with prior notification.
